Dizziness, nausea, hot flashes following masturbation

Background: I am a 21yr old woman, have regular periods, have only been with women sexually and the last time was 2 weeks ago with a long-term partner. I have hypothyroidism, several recurring instances of anemia, and am pre-menstrual at the time.
My problem: I was masturbating with a large 7" (1 1/2" wide) toy (which I do regularly, like almost every night or every other night) and started to notice pain and dizziness that normally does not occur. Naturally, I stopped, and lay still to see if it would subside. It didn't, and the dizziness started to grow worse to the degree I felt like I'd pass out, and simultaneously increasingly nauseous. I made it to the bathroom, suffered diarrhea, didn't throw up but about 2 hours later, I am still incredibly nauseous. I took 2 Tylenol for the pain in my lower abdomen but I still feel like hell. I don't think it is any lasting damage, but should I go to a doctor for this? I do not have a gynecologist as I have just moved to a new state and even so, I did not have one where I came from, my last speculum check-up having occurred in an ER in '07 after abnormal bleeding caused by an ex. Any advice?

Hypothyroidism causes many types of symptoms. All of your symptoms could be attributed to hypothyroidism. Treat hypo and then find out other symptom's cause. I think you will be okay if take care of hypo.

Did you ever find out what this was? I've been having the exact same thing and I can't find anything on it and it scares me.

Also, since that ER visit, I have had some slight bleeding following sex on a few occasions, but nothing that didn't go away by the next morning, and the pain wasn't even bad those times (probably numbed by experiencing orgasm). However, in concern for long-term sexual health, I still don't know whether to see a doctor. Common sense if not the question here - my last visit to the ER, the gyn on call said it was nothing and to take ibuprofen and call if anything still hurt the next day.
