Hello Doctor,
I had a massage. The lady was giving me a hand job. I then draped a towel over my lap and she mounted me and dry humped me vigorously until I came. I did rub her legs and at one point my hand brushed up against her bare vagina. No penetration whatsoever took place.
(1) Could any STD have made it through the towel?
(2) What about my hand brushing against her vagina?

I don't think any STD would have made it through a towel. As gymdandee says, unless you had broken skin on your hand, you are not at risk from brushing her vagina. I assume you washed your hands after the encounter.
I don't know what forum you want but as long as you don't have any open cuts or wound I wouldn't worry
