I am 21 and i have a short frenlum so i can get more foreskin just over my head but i cant pull it anymore down. You need to get this corrected as you will never have the sex life that you want if you don't.
If your penis is irritating you during sex then you need to go see an urologists. That is the first and ultimate step you need to take. Your sex life will never get better until you take care of this first.
