Guilty about masturbation
Hi,
I am joe [26-M] I am having a satisfied sexual fitness. I used to get perfect erections after power naps . and ejaculates in 10 days regular interval which contains the last 2-3 days of intense lust. during these days I used to observe girls as sex idols [breasts/butts/hips and their hour glass shaped body].
I used to masturbate 3-4 times a week on average and I love watching porn . my average duration is 10-12 min avg.. max 20-35 min . Sometimes I used to come up faster 3-4 mins on enjoying myself .
I had always a guilty conscious of masturbating . my father always warns me masturbation is a killer for sexual activity which will result in impotence and unsatisfactory sexual life. So even I love to watch and lift my desires . I always worries after wetting my pants. I am in a feeling of caught in some trap / addiction .
Can you please clarify me about the facts that what I'm doing here is healthy or not? and also why is my pleasure reduced to 3-4 mins during some times . Is this is some symptom of premature ejaculation and require any medical attention .

Why are you feeling guilty? This is normal for men. As long as it's not consuming a great deal of your time there is nothing wrong with it.

I would say it probably will not be a problem because there will be natural lubrication from your partner which will make intercourse easier.
