Have iud. Had ultrasound. Light bleeding after ultrasound.

I had an ultrasound today because I am having stomach pain. The technician pressed pretty hard in my pelvic area and I have light bleeding. Could she have maybe disrupted my iud and caused some irritation ? Is it also normal to have a little pain where they did the ultrasound.?

It could be due to the pressure.  However, I would still let your doctor know as an FYI, and he/she might have your report back by then to give it to you as well.

I didn't get my iud changed but she did put pressure on the area where it was and 6 hours later I have light spotting. I assume it's because of the iud and I seem to be prone to spotting.

It is normal is some people to have spotting, as you described after changing their IUD.  However usually after a pelvic ultrasound, you may have a very slight discomfort if any (especially if your uterus is tipped and you have to fill you bladder for the test).

If you are still uncomfortable in the morning, give your GYN doctor a call to report the problem.  In the meantime, do not use any tampons, take any baths, use any douches, or have any sex until you hear differently from the doctor (ask him/her about this).
