hello sir i'm a 20 year old boy i had the habbit of masturbating regularly in my past, now im suffering from premature ejaculation,i had reach the orgasm within 20 to 30 seconds, what should i do to cur this ,is this curable?please help me over this problem.

Masturbating does not cause prem ejaculation.... you need to see a doc. It could be caused by a number of things from health issues to genral stress

I had similar problem.
Do not look porn movies and do not masturbate for 20 days. Start to train and go for a run. Then find a girl (not a w-h-o-r-e), fall in love and have sex with her. Then you say that your problem is solved.
