I have trouble having an orgasm.

I can not have an orgasm through penetration, and sometimes through stimulation. I am at the end of my rope. Do I need surgery to help this problem or is there an easier way?

You need to take time don't rush it. Try to relax there for you nerves will be relaxed allowing in cress blood flow through out you body.

Question have you ever been ever to achieve a orgasm ? If so try to think back on what rocked your boat. Express your feelings to you partner. Communication is the key so you both can work towards a goal.

You can try topical creams and gells that in cress sensitivity.
Good Luck.

Do you have sex with regular different people or your boyfriend? If its with regular people you have sex and cant have an orgasm do you fake it so he dosent look sad that he didnt make you "happy". After they leave do you cry? If so you should see a doctor or better yet get a therapist and talk to her. It might be something in your mind that is stopping you. Surgery is far more harder to do. Talk to a therapist first.
