It is totally normal for someone of your age to masturbate.  It causes no harm.  All boys do it.  There is no need to stop, unless it is getting out of control (e.g. doing it several times per day so that it interferes with the rest of your life).

When you are older and are in a sexual relationship, you may want to cut down or stop so that you are saving your sexual energies for sex with your partner.

Until then, stop worrying and/or feeling guilty about it, and just enjoy it.  It's one of the few free joys we get in this world.

A few comments:

1.  Masturbation does not have any effect on your penis size.

2.  Masturbation will have an effect on you being able to have sex with your wife.  Unlike women, men can only reach climax a certain number of times per day, and as you get older that number drops.  After you've had one in a day, the next will be weaker, or you may not be able to have a second at all.  For this reason, it is really worth trying to cut down, if you want a good sexual relationship with your wife.

3.  Masturbation can also have a bad effect on how you have sex with your wife.  If your penis is used to the feel of your hand, then the feel of having sex with your wife will be different, and you may find it harder to reach climax.  It is less familiar.  I suspect this is an unfortunate side-effect of combining traditional values of not having sex before marriage, with the modern trend of getting married older.  Humans are really designed to start having sex around age 18, or earlier.  In previous centuries people got married at that age.  Nowadays most people just start having sex at that age without marriage.  If you don't start having sex around then, you will still have the same physical urges, which you will continue to address with masturbation and eventually you find you can't reach climax any other way.

4.  Jagtstein is right that it is very difficult to break this habit.  There are no drugs that can help (or at least none that won't also decrease your overall desire and/or ability to have any sort of sex, and you don't want that).  Your main weapons are will-power and distraction.  You need to determine that you want to stop.  You need to find something else to do that will distract you when you have the urge, something that keeps you completely occupied and distracted - sport or exercise, a role-playing game on the computer, fixing your car, whatever it is that works for you.

Masturbation is not, in itself, harmful in any way.  But if it is getting in the way of having a good sexual relationship with your wife, then it is well worth the effort to cut down or stop completely.

In 1968, with 23 years, I have the only serious attempt to stop masturbation, I have exactly 21 days and throughout my 1st Pollution and the only nocturnal experiences. If you masturbate regularly to ensure you yes, that ejaculate surroundings. Then, a nocturnal Pollution does not occur.
Starting with the masturbation, I was 9 years old. Since I masturbate daily. Now with 64 years, I still masturbate with the greatest pleasure to now a total of 26 733-times. Over the years I have come to the view that masturbation a form of sexuality is, as heterosexual, homosexual or bi like. I do of course, GS because I'm married, but I prefer masturbation. Incidentally with the masturbation stop requires a major effort http://www.aerztegesundheit.de/sex1.htm
