Is it possible to cause premature ejaculation?

A few months ago, I was masturbating for hours. I would stop before the climax to prolong the pleasure. After I was done, I noticed a slight pain and seemingly "empty" feeling. I just ignored it at first, but the next time that I tried to masturbate I had an orgasm very quickly with little sensation. The next day, it happened again. I tried avoiding any sex or masturbation for about a week, but nothing changed. I thought that maybe it was a mental thing, but when I was with my now ex girlfriend it happened again, and that was extremely embarrasing as you can imagine. Since then I've always worn a condom and tried to ignore orgasms and keep going for a while to keep up appearances. This is really starting to scare me and i'm worried that I may have permanantly injured myself somehow. I'm only seventeen years old, and it would be GREAT if anyone had any ideas on how to maybe fix this problem. I've been trying to avoid telling my parents to avoid the embarrassment, but if this is really serious I guess I'll have to.

Please, if anyone has any ideas please give me a bit of help.

I never put my correct birthdate or anything in any internet, or registration website.
(unless ordering something from a catalog)  I used to work for the Information and Privacy Commission and people can access a lot of information using your correct name and birth date and address.  Be careful. make something up....
Don't wait too long before seeing a doctor. Good luck to you.

In your post you said you're 17! your profile says you're 23! So what is your age?
I'm going to guess 17!! In any case give time and try no SEX AT ALL for a while.
If you still have the problem then tell your parents and see a Urologist.
Don't be embarrassed to tell your parents It's normal to masturbate.
