Is this healthy?
I am a healthy young male and trying to go one a healthier diet than before, and have had no medical problem what so ever other then eczema.
Something happened to me today which scared the living daylight out of me..I went to the toilet to have a bowel movement, and today was a little rougher than usual (i guess not enough fiber) then i had to push a little but when i did i felt something from the front tip of my penis and i think i ejaculated cause there was semen.
I am not sure if that is natural and am very concerned, cause i have no history of any sexual problem nor was there pain when that happened.
Is this a good or bad thing, please i need help.
