Jelqing

does anyone have any experience with an exercise called,"jelqing".  I used to do it alot and have recently started doing it again.  I don't ejaculate, that's not the point, enlargement is the point.  I know after I do it, my penis stays large and full although not erect for several hours or even all day.
Just curious if anyone had had any experiences with it, or knew if the effects were long term.

As we all know Jelqing is an ancient traditional exercise for male sex organ (penis) being Arabic i did experience it i needed it only when i am depressed and it does works.

Some commentators say that jelqing and the jelq can be traced back to ancient times. Apparently Arabic fathers would prepare their sons for marriage by using a technique called "jelqing" which increased the size (both length and girth) of the penis. It is thought that this jelqing, or "milking of the penis", was done at a young age, since marriage was usually effected between thirteen and seventeen years of age. It has been claimed by some that these jelqing exercises could result in an 18" penis! This sort of penis size increase through jelqing does however seem somewhat unlikely.

Europeans are credited with the popularization of natural penis enlargement with variations on the jelq technique. Many books have been written about the jelq, detailing natural penis exercises which can increase penis length and penis girth. The jelq techniques detailed by most authors for enlarging the penis are rigorous and time-consuming, taking as much as 45 minutes in a single sitting. The jelq has been the most popular natural penis enlargement technique for some years, only recently making its way to America, and subsequently the Internet, becoming the critical component of most penis enlargement websites.

Natural penis enlargement, or jelqing, is based on the idea that the cavernosa and spongiosum, the two pieces of spongy tissue in the penis, can be expanded to hold more blood. The jelq depends on a milking of the penis, which uses a tourniquet hand to keep blood in the penis and a milking motion to move the blood around. An equivalent of the jelq method would be to fill a balloon partially with water and use one hand to clamp the end of the balloon, pushing the water into the end. Then, taking the other hand, applying slight pressure and pushing the water towards the end of the balloon. To continue with this analogy, the milking of the balloon would stretch the rubber, and the capacity of the balloon would increase. Following on, performing the jelq on the penis should have an enlarging effect.

Jelqing workouts are based around a daily workout of around 15 to 30 minutes. The jelq routine starts with a warm-up. The warm-up involves either a warm bath or a hot wrap (towel soaked in warm water) applied to the penis. The purpose of the warm-up is to stimulate blood flow to the penis and prepare it for the jelq exercises. Jelqing should only be done on a semi-erect penis. Lubricant should be applied and the hand-grip should completely encircle the base of the penis thus ensuring that no blood escapes from the penis. The hand then gently "milks" the penis, moving towards the head and forcing the blood toward the end of the penis. Around 200 rhythmic jelq strokes per session is the average workout. The jelqing exercises should be stopped immediately if any pain or discomfort becomes apparent or the penis becomes erect. Ejaculation should not occur and if the urge becomes apparent then a pause from exercising is recommended.
