Pain after sex

I had sex today...(wasn't my first time) it was with my ex of two years so I do trust him. Anyways we tried out a bunch of different positions and had sex for over an hour. I don't stay wet forthat long so it was stop and go alot. But now even hours later it's very painful just to even walk. It wasn't painful right away after we got done.
It's like a burning feeling. And I just looked and my vagina is all red like there are cuts and like the outside is swollen. What does this mean and how can I help it feel better?

it is a possibility, i was more sore after sex once when i hadnt had it for a while but i suppose it differs from each person! also the guy before your ex would have done different things or been a different size also perhaps making you less sore after sex with in comparison to with your ex.

if this is the first time then it is more likely to be something like thrush because it can come and go, it can even return after being treated! or, if you hadnt had sex for a while before sunday then maybe its just because it was a sudden change from nothing to a lot.

if ou mean its been happening every time you have sex, it is more likely to be due to the friction. peraps you could take things more slowly or again use lube to make sure youre not dry. however if it continues to happen its always worth getting a check-up or just asking a professional about it, especially if you cant get it off your mind.

So since it just starte happening to me the first time after I had sex do u think it's more than likely that it's because I wasn't wet enough and friction for that long caused alot of irritation? I've been reading slot of things about abcesses and what not and it's freaking me out! I put on some vagi-guard to help with the itching so hopefully it does. The swelling has gone down a bit since last night so I'm hoping it'll only get better.

i often have this too, have you tried lubricants to prevent getting dry so quickly? i remember having a burning sensation and then going to the doctor and they gave me medication for thrush which sorted it out. sex can cause thrus but sometimes there are no symptoms whatsoever. its worth getting some cream though if you dont already as it is a very common infection to have. a natural cure for thrush is live yoghurt, either to eat or to use like a cream! i only eat it but its meant to be very soothing if you are sore!! it may not be thrush at all though and perhaps is just due to the amount of sex. i cannot be as muc help if it is from that but i would suggest another type of cream and not having sex again until it has calmed down.
