yellow discharge in penis, extreme pain when urinating and erection
its been almost two weeks already and im seriously scared about this..
i've always have a yellow discharge in my penis, my center penis was swollen, extreme pain when urinating and pain when ive got erection, i also can't mange to masturbate cause it hurts me a lot.
im afraid to consult a doctor and my family did'nt know anything about this. can you give me advice what is this and how can i treat this without consulting a doctor??? im getting paranoid about this!

No it is not common. Seek medical professional assistance at this point. You need them to help you with this.
