Penis irritation

For a few weeks now I've had a soreness/itching sense around the edge of my penis head, it has also begun to turn red. After masturbation I sometimes see yellow/white liquid, (Not from the opening in my penis but from the sides.) like if I had pressed on a wound and some infection liquid or alike had began to emerge. When this first started happening I noticed there were traces of blood in my semen, that however is gone now. I think it's starting to heal because it's not as sore etc as it was when it first started. Another thing that could help establish a diagnosis would be that when I pull my foreskin back, I can not pull it back as far as I used too. And when I pull it back below the penis head or just under it. The yellow/white liquid start coming up from there again.

Thank you, and I will. In 2 weeks time though because I have both my legs in a cast and can not really move.
