Premature ejaculation

Hi, I've been doing sex with my gf from 2 weeks since now and I'm exploring premature ejaculation. Normally I could stay a longer time before ejaculating but with her it just happen too fast. First I thought it was cause of the fact she was a virgin, but still I can't resist more than 3-4 min.
Is it because of me or because she's still too tight and I get over excited?

Tightness does influence ejaculation.Use plenty of lubrication and foreplay and penetrate slowly.

Ofcourse , her tightness has an important role in PE ...

Try to use a local anaesthetic spray or gel on your penis 25 minutes before having sex  ..

Premature ejaculation is caused by over excitement. You may try edging i.e  pause when you feel urge to ejaculate and continue after short time.  while pausing do deep abdominal breathing. This will help you to sustain your erection.
you may Google, abdominal breathing and Breath and extended orgasm. It has given three types of breathing, one is both partner breaths simultaneously. In another one they breath in tandem and third is circular breathing. You will have to get coperation  from your partner to do this technique.  You can have full body orgasm with the help of this type of breathing.
