Prostate

I have BPH.  About six months ago I took one viagra pill.  I did not feel it helped me.  So a few days later I took another one.  In the morning I could not pass urine.  It was pretty hard to urinate.  I never touched viagra after that. After that event, everytime I ejaculate (few times) I have a lot of problem urinating.  Taking natural medicine.  This trouble period last about a week.  Does ejaculation swolen the prostate, or is this a permanent damage from Viagra?

Try reading the symptoms again.  Nothing says I had fever, nor pain.  What I had was a huge urge to urinate before urinating, and a sensation of ejaculation while orinating, and very little uring flowing.  These symptoms only happen after an ejaculation, and they stop in about a week or two while taking Zinc, saw tooth palmetto, pygeon, and uva ursi.  These events firs happen next day after I tookj viagra, and I did not ejaculate ast that time.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These symptoms look like to be due to prostatitis. The typical symptoms of prostatitis are fever, pelvic, testicle, or rectal pain, frequent and painful urination and ejaculation and incomplete emptying of bladder.

You should get your PSA levels and cystoscopy for further evaluation. Discuss this with your doctor for proper management.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
