Sore on Penis

my boyfriend has a sore on the shaft of his penis that is extremely sore to touch and has made it impossible for us to have intercourse. When we looked at it yesterday, a small amount of puss came out of the sore. It almost looks like a blister. He also has a large cyst like lump in his testicals which I know needs to be looked at but he is nervous to go to a doctor. Can you tell me what the sore may be? I know it is hard to tell without seeing it!! Also, besides the obvious (which would be either a cancerous or begine cyst) what else could the hard lump in his testicals be?

Hi Lynn, the best thing is to get as much of the pus out as you can, the give it a warm seasaltwater washs a couple of times a day first when it open it will do it a lot of good then, and then it shoule heal over and back to sex.
Good Luck
