i have this yellow discharge stuff coming out my virgina kinda like a period but no bleeding also it kinds smells i started of with one blista kinda spot in my virgina and on the lips now its come to like 6 they really sting bad with you touch them and when u pee!
do u no what kinda cream i can take to get ride of it or what i have?

That sounds like herpes (but I could be wrong.) See your gyno/doctor and get tested as Unicorn_Princess said to get a definite answer and solution.
