What can cause sore breasts and nipples?

My breasts and nipples have been hurting for about a week and a half. Im not on my period, and am not gonna start any time soon. Any thoughts? also i started my period on the 1st and stopped on the 4th.. but then i started bleeding again on the 12th and stopped on the 16th. Its never happend before. Any thought on what could cause this?

Hmmm.. That sounds a lil strange. Since you are TTC, did you just get off of birth control. If you did, that can explain the 2 periods in one month. I experienced the same thing. I had my IUD removed on Oct 5th 2010 and in November I got my period twice then in December it regulated itself..let me know!

yes i have. Me and my fance have been trying to get pregnant. But ihave taken 2 tests and theyboth said negative. My boobs are still hurting and have gottin bigger. And i have had 2 periods this month. on the first-fourth and the 12th-16th and have not started since..

I think you need to get a preg test at the drug store. That was the first sign for me and a little nausea in the morning. Good luck sweetie!

Sore nipples/Breasts are a couple of the many signs of pregnancy as well as an impending period. Since you've already had your cycle this month on the 1st you should be expecting yours within a week or so. I have to ask, have you had unprotected sex? .

Hello ma, When i touch my nipples, i feel pain. I had my period earlier in the month. i have never had sex before, therefore, please what is the cause and what can i do??
