I think up to 3 times a day then have a break but as you get older there is not so much need. If you are working or studying I guess once before work or study and once in the evening is pretty normal. But as you get older or have a relationship you shouldn't need to do it as often.. Of course I am only a male and girls can do it much more.. Drink plenty of water though..;) It definitely doesn't affect your virginity unless you put too big an object inside.
it have no negative effect...but do it with a limit....masturbating 5 times a day..can harm you but 2 or once is ok!!
