Yeast infection?

My boyfriend of 3 years and I took a break for about a week. In that week I had unprotected sex with somebody else. Now a week has passed & I'm back with my boyfriend. A day After I had sex with my boyfriend I started to get an itchy burning sensation. I've never had a yeast infection before so I don't know if the symptoms I'm having are that. We had sex on Sunday & immediately after we were done My vagina burned on the inside and Swelled. My boyfriend said he had what he thinks was a rash from scratching his penis. I have checked to see if I have any bumps anywhere near or on my vagina and I do not but my boyfriend has white headed bumps on his penis. Can we both have a yeast infection or is this more serious?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but these bumps can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).

I suggest you to get a culture sensitivity of the swab samples done to rule out any STD’s and a KOH examination of the discharge done to rule out vaginal candidiasis.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Unprotected penetration can cause both std's and other infections. I would suggest you to see a doctor immediately (aphrodisiologist) and follow  his advice.
