flaccid genitalia

my partner has very flaccid vaginal canal. It has very feeble grip on my vital organ. what could be done so as to tighten her canal.

Has she tried to do kegel exercises; practicing contracting and relaxing the muscles on the pelvic floor? They are used a lot for people with incontinence, but have a lot of other benefits. I'm not sure how long you have to do them for before you start to see benefits, but it's definitely worth looking into. I've heard that a strong pelvic floor can also lead to better orgasms for both partners.

thanks for the suggestion. what is kegel exercise? is there any ayurvedic or herbal medicine to rectify it.

Google for Female Deer Exercise. She will benefit within a fortnight. Both of you can kegel to strengthe your pc(bubo-cocegyal) muscle.
Male Deer Exercise is also recommended for male.
