i cant seem to understand
ok well ive been doing kegels and i got a prescription for venlafaxine(effexor)...but i was wondering if u do ahuge kegel squuze before orgasm or when im not to sure how you fit this into sex.
It is possible to do the kegel durring sex and can be a more intense orgasm for both you and your partner. Elevate your butt during and it makes it easier to do it with his rythm.
I forgot to ask; is the venlafaxine and the kegel exercise being done for the same reasons. I only know of venlafaxine being used an antidepresant type medication. I'm not very educated on in the subject though.
I think the idea of doing kegels during sex is to make things tight so you both feel the internal movement with more squeze (for lack of better terms). If you're able to do them well enough to keep them in time with your partners movements it can heighten the sensation even more. But, as I understand it, this is a tricky move while your in the middle of all sex.
kegels in sex? i guess i may have before.... never made me have an orgasm though
