i held in my ejaculation

the one time i ever masturbated, about 6 days ago, i held in my ejaculation. a little bit still came out, so i went to the bathroom and peed afterwards. since then, my penis has felt a little weird, not super uncomfortable but noticeably uncomfortable. is there anything i can do to make it better and did i do anything really bad? this would be really embarrassing to have to notify my parents of and see a doctor for

perineal pain (between your balls and your anus) is a common symptom of prostatitis.  It's possible that you backed a little bacteria from your urethra back up into your prostate glad, causing an infection.  If it persists or gets worse, go see a doc -  you might need antibiotics.

Hi,
Holding in your sperm one time would not lead to this uncomfortableness, for lack of a better word, that you have going on.  It's probably more of a mental thing I would think but if it does become painful or something that is really not right, I would see a doctor and just tell them what you have going on.  Believe me, they see this stuff everyday, and it's not so bad what you describe, they have seen wayyyyy worse.  Nothing to be embarrased about :)  Good luck to you.
