You are only fertile for a short window of time when you ovulate, so depending on when you have sex, it is not surprising that you are not pregnant. It can take any normal healthy couple up to a year to get pregnant, when they are trying and timing intercourse to ovulation.  This does not mean you are infertile. Are you trying to get pregnant? Are you looking to get married with your bf? Also, you say you are 21, but your profile says you are 24, so I am not sure what to believe.

while a male is excited sexually he has pre-ejaculation fluid on his glans. This is natural and necessary for easy penetration. This may contain few sperms and if you are in fertile period, you are likely to be pregnant. You are lucky that you did not conceive in these two years relationship. You are always at a risk of pregnancy. It is also possible that he may not be able to withhold the ejaculation if he is excessively excited. So risk is always there.

It depends when you have sex. You're not always fertile. You could go see a doctor if you're concerned about your reproductive system.
