Masturbation is kinda good bcoz its the safest form of sex and noone ever got an STD from masturbation but excess amount of masturbation is not good for health. U said u are alone most of the time na. Try to interact with people . Engage in other activities like sports and games it'll distract u frm masturbation . Grow ur intrest in other activities . I think that'll help

To Arav; Google Abdominal breathing. Learn this breathing, practice it for 10 minutes twice a day and use it when you feel sexual arousal. You will become
quiet and calm. whenever you have an urge, take few deep, slow and even abdominal breath. In this way you will be free from masturbation excess and premature ejaculation. You may also try penis bath. Sit in a tub of normal temperature water,. water should cover legs, buttucks up to navel. This will sooth your groin area and hep in reducing the sexual urge.
Another quick relaxation; Take a deep breath, tighten your whole body , smila and relax your whole body. Do it 6 to 10 times. This will relax you completly and your sexual urge will be minimized.You need regular practice.
