ouch?

ok heres the deal, ive been with the same girl for 2 and a half years and when we have intercourse she always complains of a poke feeling in her upper stomach right below her belly that hurts ive heard that is natural buut recently she has been complaing of her clitorus(sp?) hurting, i figured maybe it was from lack of lubrication, or maybe being too rough, but ive noticed sometimes that the fluids that come out of her after an orgasm or during sex make me very itchy, is that normal? tonight we fooled around and had sex, a episode of true blood came on and she had to pee the whole time but held it and after the hour long episode went off she went to the rest room and came out complaining  of a stabbing pain in her stomach, this was about an hour ago and she still says it hurts. does this sound like anything unusual? i feel completely fine, she said she thinks it could be a bladder infection but her urine stream is fine. any ideas?
