i have been masturbating since last 6 years and i am 20 years old, the inner fore skin which covers the penis and the penis covered by the foreskin has become pinkish color , i am really worried because i am dark in complex and also the part of the fore skin which is attached to the penis below the hole has got cut a bit and its paining badly when i move the fore skin behind ,

I suggest that you clean your foreskin by using hydrogen peroxide and put a small amount of neosporin on the cut. The main thing is to make sure you are cleaning it well as you can to assure that it does not get infected.
