First I would recommend you using condoms when having sex. Second I would see a Dr. A male by age 16 should beable to have an orgasm.
At 16 you probably don't know what to do with your body, yet. A woman's peek range of age is in her 30's. And maybe it's your partner, also.
Okay, I have no idea...but, you definately need to get into your doctor. I would think at 16 you would definately be having orgasm. Go to the doctor
