small red spots

I have been sexually active with my girlfriend for about 2 and a half months and neither of us has ever had another partner. She is on birth control but we always use a condom regardless. This morning in the shower i noticed a couple small red spots on my penis but didnt think much of it. when i got home this evening i noticed there were more probably a dozen or so. As of now they do not burn or itch and they're not really bumps. they're about the size of the dot a pen would make if you simply tap it on paper. I dont believe its an std unless its something that could have been contracted through oral sex. From some quick research i believe it could be a fungus of some sort. Any information or a suggestion as to where i can find it would be greatly appreciated.

If you have received oral sex from someone other than your partner was my theory on a possible std however unlikely.

i dont believe my partner to be questionable at all. from a little more research i believe these fordyce spots are exactly what's going on. is there anyway to make them go away or is it just something that will go away on its own?

Sounds like Fordyce spots.  They often occur in younger men.  Usually a result of dilated blood vessels.  However, it is absolutely impossible to suggest a viable diagnosis without a visual examination.  Because you mentioned you received oral sex from what could be a questionable partner(?), for this reason I suggest you see your GP.  All the best.
