Does It make you feel guilty in some ways?. Itr really is normal most if not all young men do it, as long as it isnt using up valuable time. Maybe your just a very sexual person. When you are older and in steady relationships it settles to its normal level. If you feel it is using up energy maybe try eating more high protein foods.
