I'm sorry but the "the way a girl can know her virginity is lost is if there was a penis in her vagina" comment made me lol. I needed that.
whether the man is wearing a condom or not you are no longer a virgin. the hymen can not repair itself. once it's broken it stays broken. as far as the bleeding goes i'm not sure if everyone bleeds or not. i did but it was just a little bit. it hurt...it hurt like hell.

Once the hymen is broken it's doesn't repair itself. And as Katarina said, a condom doesn't make any difference. When you have sex (a penis penetrates your vagina) you are no longer a virgin. And not everyone bleeds their first time.

Some other things besides sex that can break your hymen is horseback riding, for example, and certain gymnastics as well, and I am sure there are others, including using tools for masturbation.
