Erectile Dysfunction still 2 years after kidney stone surgery

I had lythotripsy laser surgery 2 years ago due to several kidney stones, one of them being about 13mm. 2 years later, although the symptoms have improved, my problems have been, the feeling of a wire or tight string running through my penis, sharp pains in my penis from time to time, cannot sustain an erection when I get one, phantom sexual sensations, urination of semen, testicular pain, pressure or pain in my anus, not being able to get an erection but feeling like it is erect, constipation, have to force urination out, and sometimes it feels like an orgasm and I spurt urine out.

I never had any problems until this surgery. I tried going back to the hospital where the surgery was performed,  but since I lost that coverage they would not help me except by telling me nothing was wrong. I have now got new medical coverage and will be making an appointment to look into these problems, but I need to know why this is happening? It has caused a very strenuous burden on my lady and me as I cannot perform like I had been able to before. It scares me that I will never work like I used too. It has made me angry, depressed, and getting worse all the time. I need help and advice, please. Before I lose everything.

Meant to add I had weird feeling of cumming when peeing and mixed up feeling down there... Could well be prostatitis... A few long 60 day courses on ciprofloxacin or dioxycyline eventually cured it and the specialist told me that I need to ejaculate (more) often.. He said up to you but ..around 2 or 3 times a week... Could be why you are getting issues? As well as the pain.. It's a catch 22.. But totally understand with the pain thing...I had the same trouble. Is it definitely semen you are peeing out ?...

Hi reading your symptoms I would not rule out what the Doc suggested although it does seem a throwback to the treatment and possibly you could try Chinese acupuncture. I had prostatitis but they had given me loads of antibiotics and that kills all the good bacteria in your gut which eventually led to appendicitis . Luckily caught in time but that was triggering referred pain. It could be something you are getting compounded by your desire to be pain free. And also perform.  I can sympathise totally and suggest oil massage without necessarily having a lignum massage but this could help as blood flow can help to cure many underlying issues. If this is too sensitive then try acupuncture . It worked for me as did the massages. Am totally pain free after at least 2 years of pain. . Worth a try I 'd say. Try a natural oil like coconut as this is better for your skin.. But you can use water based gels too...would be a bit cheaper than medical bills.. Oh try looking into kidney stones and diet.. In case you are prone to them it's worth drinking plenty of water and reduce salt almost to nothing.

Some of your problem may be prostatitis. As well as that there may be quite a lot of understandable anxiety. I would need more information but overall you should be fine given proper management.
