Very abnormal skin growth.

Hello,
I started to notice weird bumps on my hands recently. I asked 2 dermatologist and have gotten 2 different answers. Could they be skin cancer?
Dermatologist 1: Diagnosed as warts, but did not look under microscope.
Dermatologist 2: Looked under microscope and told me he didn't know what they were, and that they are not warts.

I’m not a Dr but I’d trust the one that said a wart bc of the dark center seen under a microscope. Pretty consistent with the dr who didn’t even use a microscope to diagnose it… prob shouldn’t go back to the fancy microscope Dr
