CPAP

i just went for my second sleep study to be hooked up to the cpap. the first one said i quit breathing and was breathing very shallow. once i get my new machine how long will it take to be back to 100%. i could tell the morning after that i did feel a little better and did not have a headaache.

i got my cpap friday and i seem to be feeling 15 to 30% better. they said it could take 2 to 3 weeks for me to feel 100% again. i am so ready to feel better.

Hi, Hope you have got your new machine and comfortable with it. One more factor can be anxiety so try to take things eazy and not to worry a lot about. Initial adjustment is quite necessary. good luck, take care.

Hello.

Generally it takes about a week to get adjusted to the machine, and you may get full relief in about 10 days or so, when you start feeling the effects of good refreshing sleep for a long time.
