INSOMNIA RESEARCH.

I am an actor currently studying at university. I am looking to do a piece on Insomnia, I would really like to know  people's experiences as I would like to do the subject matter justice. I am thinking of doing my piece on a woman who gets insomnia due to stress over losing her boyfriend. If there is anyone who can help me, please do!
