Hi, you should try and sleep as much as you can, at this age it is common for anyone not to get full sleep due to various reasons like just staying indoors, not much physical activity or social contacts, worrying about days ahead or family problems so on. Better consult a doctor before swithchig on to other tablets. Drink more water, take a shower before going to bed, listen to soft music etc which may be soothing. massage can also do some help.
