I have been told that a healthy diet and exercise will indeed help. I was also told (by a doctor) that if you actually go for a brisk walk after diner, but at least 2 hours b4 bed that you get the best results....Melody

Insomnia can be caused by many things from stress, anxiety, working different shifts, etc. Just watching too much television in the bedroom can cause it.
The best way to deal with it is to identify the cause.
