Can't breath properly

every now and then, I have a few days where it's really hard for me to get a deep breath. I have to sit up really tall, put my head back, open my mouth wide and sometimes raise my arms to get my full breath. I have constant urge to yawn but can't really yawn. When I finally do get a deep breath, it feels so good and I'm ok for a few minutes. Anyone ever experience anything like this? I went to a lung doc once and he just treated me for heartburn - which I don't have at all...so I must be explaining it wrong. Anyway, thanks for your help.

Hon, you need another doctor.  I don't have a clue what is causing your breathing problem, but it could be serious.  Maybe a pulmonary doctor?
Make an appt. with a new doc for sure.  Good wishes, TJack
