Waking up and eating!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello,
I suffer from some anxiety and I consider myself a neurotic person. My sleep patters are very weird. It comes and goes but sometimes can last for months. Because I am a night person, i go to bed about 1-1:30 am everyday, I wake up at 8. The problem is that everyday, about 2 hours after falling asleep I am waking up to eat, drink, sometimes 3 times a night. I eat about 3 meals a day, with some snacks between them sometimes. I am 30 years old and exercise 3 times a week. Its the hunger that comes out of nowhere. I don't remember when I had a good night sleep. Only when I have few drinks I can sleep restful deep sleep without waking up. During the day i feel foggy and exhausted, especially by the end of the day. My intellectual performance is poor and i feel overall unexplained discomfort. My mood is depressed. Any idea what to do? Thanks

You could be suffering from a disorder of carbohydrate metabolism. Do you wake up sweating and feeling weak or dizzy? This may be hypoglycemia or a problem with creating too much insulin, the 'hunger hormone'.
