Headache and bubble sensation after sleeping

I'm 20 years old and i've been having this bubble sensation at the back of my head accompanied by a headache and this often happens after a nap during the day and goes on for hours. Is it something i should be concerned about?

Hello and hope you are doing well.

Inadequate or irregular sleep patterns can cause fatigue, daytime sleepiness and headaches. Follow good sleep hygiene measures like going to bed at the same time, waking up at the same time, avoidance of alcohol, smoking and caffeinated beverages. Maintain warm, comfortable bedroom environment and engage in relaxing activities like a warm bath before bedtime, this will promote good sleep. Also, avoid daytime napping.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.

i feel like this is probably because you are not getting a good enough quality sleep.  are you sure you are properly relaxed?  i find putting lavender on my pillow helps me calm down.  is your bed nice?  i switched to memory foam mattress recently and have been having great results.  lastly, how long are you sleeping for?  i feel like naps should be done in increments of 30 for your REM cycle.  best of luck! i hope these suggestions help.
