Hi, sure sounds like sleep paralysis to me. If so, then this is typically considered a harmless, benign condition and nothing to worry about.
The breathing however is more of a concern if you are not experiencing refreshing sleep. In other words if you are feeling unusually tired, run down, lack of energy and so forth, then you should be checked by a medical professional.
If you are sleeping normally, then I suspect you can just let this go if you have no other symptoms.
