central and obstructive sleep apnea

my life is being ruined by sleep apnea, by central and obstructive SA
I need to sleep with oxygen and a bipap machine every night or sometimes I get headaches and feel terrible with no energy and bad fog for 2 days.
could it be solved by removing my tonsils which are red or removing this brain cyst in my clivus?
my BMI is 24 and I weigh about 183 so I don't think the weight is the problem

I'm afraid my career is going to be ruined since I can't work or study like this

I tried cpap but it didn't work that well, I have hypopneas showing up on the sleep study and on the machine data.  I also have central apneas on the sleep study.  
there is this medication acetazolamide which helps centrals but I read it has serious side effects
this started when I moved into this house with possible mold and old carpet but my room is all wood- I have dust mite allergies and asthma

it is impossible to find a good sleep doctor who understands hypopneas/centrals.  even my pulmonologists don't understand or take my condition seriously
