I have a VERY important 3.5 hr exam for my dream job this weekend. The night/morning before the exam I will be on a 9:30PM-8:30AM red-eye flight. I am not a great sleeper in general and I am usually fatigued because of it, but I REALLY want to be well rested before this exam!! I would like to ask for any recommendations on how to attain sleep during the flight, with the goal of being functioning and alert by that afternoon!
*Note: I do not have the ability to go to a doctor to receive a prescription at my current location, but I do have access to over-the-counter medications.
