Hello and hope you are doing well.

Always try to exercise in the daytime. Avoid all strenuous activity in the evening and night time. Follow good sleep hygiene measures like going to bed at the same time, waking up at the same time, avoidance of alcohol, smoking and caffeinated beverages. Please consult your primary care physician if problem persists.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.

Hi, thank you for your reply.
I've tried your advise to drink milk before going to bed,
I also had exercise at night so that my body will get tired and will eventually sleep, it help a little though.
I will try to free myself from stressful thoughts and and will keep my body healthy as well.

Thank you again.

Hello and hope you are doing well.

The more you think about sleep, the more anxious you are likely to get and this becomes a vicious cycle. You should stop becoming anxious and try to relax. Try to have a warm bath before sleeping. Have a glass of milk or read a book before trying to sleep. Don’t watch TV or do exercise before sleeping. Condition yourself that you can relax and that you can sleep well.
I would advise you to consult your primary care physician, he may give medications to temporarily tide over your insomnia.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
