I suggest you contact you local county mental health clinic. They usually charge on a "sliding scale" which would help you tremendously. Also, check with you Family Physician, a phone call will do, as they can recommend somewhere to go. Your local Emergency Room should also have that information for free. Good luck.
If you have no insurance, and are looking for a free clinic to provide your medications, I recommend you walk into any health care providers office (mental health or any others) or the local ER and ask for that information. They will provide it. If you feel you are not safe, by all means go to the nearest ER, police station, or fire department for immediate assistance. Take care and good luck.
