dear sir    my  name is ahmed  and my age is 44 aprox and last two years  i m living in dubai and i have 3 cihldrens also mashalha and my first sons age is now 16 years every thing is perfect in my life but now days the days i was worried about  my night falls its i have a problem for just night falls only alway its comes after 20 days and then its gone automaticlly but its nice for my life or not please let me know. or if have any tablet or medicine so i ll take from here  (form uae)  thanks for your reply  best regards    ahmed   my email add ***@****.

I am unable to decipher exactly what your symptoms are, but am assuming you have problems with sleeping as it posted in the sleep forum. Sleep aids can help to temporarily tide over insomnia or in ability to sleep. But I cannot give you a prescription online and besides they are controlled substances. But you could try good sleep hygiene measures like going to bed at the same time, waking up at the same time, avoidance of alcohol, smoking and caffeinated beverages. Also, keep yourself busy during the day and avoid day time naps. Exercise in the mornings, this promotes good sleep. Please consult your primary care physician if problem persists to rule out sleep disorders.
