I am unable to decipher exactly what your symptoms are, but am assuming you have problems with sleeping as it posted in the sleep forum. Sleep aids can help to temporarily tide over insomnia or in ability to sleep. But I cannot give you a prescription online and besides they are controlled substances. But you could try good sleep hygiene measures like going to bed at the same time, waking up at the same time, avoidance of alcohol, smoking and caffeinated beverages. Also, keep yourself busy during the day and avoid day time naps. Exercise in the mornings, this promotes good sleep. Please consult your primary care physician if problem persists to rule out sleep disorders.
