Art is the manifestation of the inner voice of us....If being purely and in harmony with heart and nature ,sure it is spiritual ...
When you draw a painting of the nature ,first it attracts you ...You get absorbed in its wonderful beauty ...So your heart responds ...with love ...You try to share your emotions ,not for other people even but for your own self...You enjoy expressing your feelings through your body ...So your hands become harmonious with your soul ...You as a whole respond to the spirit of nature ...
Art softens the minds of us ...It helps us get closer to beauties which means spirituality ...

Hello. Absolutely. As a musician I have found there is a definite spiritual component to both performance and composition. Music is the ultimate universal language, it can convey emotion in ways that transcend the barriers of culture and conventional communication. GM

I believe that artistic expression (visual, written or musical) can be divinely inspired.
So, yes... Art can, and often does, have a spiritual component.
