You have a great deal of interest in others belief about God, would you mind sharing your belief?
I think I will have to disagree with you about evilness being how we want to preceive it.
As mentioned in earlier post, the Lord said it all, "Love one another, help one another" Also that "God is all things good", "God is Love", "God is the Truth", "God is the light". So, something that is not good or love or the truth is a result of the Evil one.
Your right it should be. In one view things that sometimes seem evil to us are not to another. Evil and Bad are defined by us. Same for what is light and good.
Yes. It was very touching.
I believe that we must keep reaching to do good even though we see no results. That is the hard part. We live in a time when instant gratification is supposed to be a reward filled with goodies.
We don't always understand why the "evil" or "bad" things happen, but it is the after effects that tell the story and the outcome may not make sense to us. I struggle with it like anyone else.
Doing good should be like breathing where we don't have to think about it. We withhold often because we don't think so and so deserves it.
Hmm such a good reply and answer. So in truth you would believe in ARK
Acts of random kindness
Have you ever watch "pay it forward"
Good idea. I start with my concept of who God is. From what I understand, He would want me to love Him with all my heart, mind and soul and love others as myself.
Into that fits the idea of do unto others as you would unto yourself.....which leads to endless possibilities.
To bring it down to a practical level is what I have to do today. Letting others in front of me in traffic rather than gunning it because they should wait their turn. Opening doors for others behind me coming in to the store I stopped at. At work, having high standards/quality in the job I did. Saying encouraging things to others to let them know what they do is important.....sharing my stash of goodies with others :-))) instead of hoarding them for myself....lol.
I also think to feel gratitude for the beauty and the things I have, abilities, and for others & what they do/have.
Just a start....lol!
Thanks for posting your question(s) :-))))
