2 mid brain strokes

I have had two strokes of the mid brain, it has been over 18 months since the last one. I can only see looking ahead and must focus on things so I do not get loose my balance. I have pain in my right arm and hand.I cannot be in a room where there is more than one conversation going on. I have trouble remembering things and cannot work on simple problems.
Is it possible to get over this.
Thanks
Yesterday.

Yesterday - In an answer to your question, in my opinion YES.  It is possible to recover but there are also no guarantees.  Every stroke is different and effects people differently.  As I understand it, the brain can take 20 times longer to heal as compared to other organs.  May I suggest that you first, feed your body a proper diet high in proteins.  You might also want to consider a liquid amino acid supplement which is a form of protien dervived from Whey protient which is derived from cows milk.  Check with your doctor first.
The next part is the hard part.  Challenge your brain every day.  Seek out a rehabilitation therapist who can provide you with the proper ways to do this.
And last, NEVER give up as it will be a long road to travel.
